The company states that the acquisition of Cool Handle expands its reach into the shared web hosting market. Cool Handle brings value-priced services for shared web hosting and email hosting. It claims that the acquisition will allow it to provide shared and dedicated hosting to over 100,000 domains.
"As our core business grows, we strive to cater to a wider range of web hosting customers. Our purchase of Cool Handle web hosting allows us to expand our reach into more of the value-priced hosting industry," said Ryan Morris, PronetHosting.NET Marketing Director.
