📅 May 28, 2009 - Company signs Turn-Key DatacentreSM lease agreement with Servecentric to expand the latter's footprint in its Dublin property.

Digital Realty Trust, Inc., a wholesale datacentre provider, today announced that it has completed a Turn-Key DatacentreSM lease agreement with ServeCentric, a managed services and data centre operator from Ireland. Under this agreement, ServeCentric will expand its footprint in Digital Realty Trust's property in Dublin.

The company states that its Turn-Key DatacentreSM facilities provides an environment for supporting mission critical infrastructure, with cooling, power, redundancy, and sustainability features to ensure that critical applications are available while optimizing energy efficiency. It explains that its Turn-Key Datacentres SM are scalable from hundreds of kilowatts of IT load to megawatts of IT load and are located in markets throughout North America and Europe. Each Turn-Key Datacentre SM facility is physically secure and features a power and cooling architecture that has been optimized for green operation. Every Turn-Key DatacentreSM is built using the company's proprietary POD Architecture SM and uses metered power to ensure that clients pay only for the power that they use.
