Domain online marketplace Sedo recently received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
As an accredited business UltraQuantix is required to follow a strict set of operating procedures and disclosure requirements of the BBB, a not-for-profit, public organization financed by the private business sector.
As part of its participation, UltraQuantix has provided the BBB with ownership and management information and agreed to dispute resolution services, at the customer's request, for unresolved disputes involving consumer products or services.
UltraQuantix also follows the BBB's Code of Business Practices and Code of Advertising, in addition to participating in BBB's advertising self-regulation program.
The BBB helps establish an advance marketplace trust between buyers and sellers. And though the organization has long established itself as the premier third-party validation system for traditional businesses, Ratepoint has built a comparable validation platform for online businesses.
"After reviewing the BBB operating standards, we found ours to be in synchronization, so we started the accreditation process," says Peter Marek, founder of UltraQuantix. "It's a natural fit.
