According to Dan Ushman, co-founder and vice president of SingleHop, Sphere Web Hosting had "been on [SingleHop's] radar for a long time." SingleHop will provide infrastructure and managed services for Sphere Web Hosting's shared, reseller and dedicated hosting business.

"They are a fast growing and aggressive company and they will be able to use our world-class service to grow existing business and attract new customers," says Ushman.

SingleHop has also signed an agreement with TigerServers to provide servers, services and infrastructure for its managed servers business.

The Canadian dedicated managed hosting provider currently manages its own data center space in Toronto. With this new partnership, TigerServers will offer additional hosting services out of SingleHop's Chicago data center.  "TigerServers is an impressive new hosting company and is taking full advantage of our service and hardware offerings," says Ushman. "This package will allow us to virtually mitigate any and all issues on the spot and provide TigerServers with a smooth, efficient infrastructure from which to conduct business."

The past couple of months have seen a surge in SingleHop product offerings, including its recently announced content delivery network service.

SingleHop is currently accepting RSVP reservations for 300 free accounts which it will give away on the Labor Day launch date for anyone who advance RSVP's for IP Cast CDN service.

Last month, SingleHop upgraded all server configurations for new and current clients to a minimum of 2GB of RAM.

The same week, the company launched its browser-based dedicated server interface LEAP, a web portal that provides users with complete management access to their dedicated servers. Interested individuals can view a five minute demo video of the LEAP webtop portal here.
