Apr 8, 2008 : Trustico Becomes RatePoint Reseller

📅 April 8, 2008 - Customer feedback management program provider RatePoint (ratepoint.com), and SSL solutions provider Trustico (trustico.com ) announced on Tuesday that the two companies have signed a strategic reseller partnership.

Trustico will provide the RatePoint platform to its customer base, which is currently growing at a rate of more than 1,400 a month. The partnership will significantly enhance Trustico's global exposure and strengthen its presence in the European and Asia-Pacific markets.

"We're always looking for innovative ways to provide added value to our customers, and RatePoint presents a truly unique and relevant offering," says Zane Lucas, director of Trustico. "SSL is really all about showing that you're a trusted and secure business, and now with the addition of RatePoint, our customers can further promote their credibility and reliability to consumers online, while improving overall customer service and satisfaction."

Backed by international support for more than 10 languages, the Ratepoint Partner Program enables businesses to capture and publish consumer reviews and feedback directly from their websites, says the company.

By verifying actual consumer ratings for authenticity, RatePoint enables businesses to respond to feedback and publish those reviews online. The solution offers a suite of business tools, including online dispute resolution, surveys and email marketing.

DemoWolf recently joined RatePoint's consumer feedback and site seal program, enabling the online tutorial provider to provide its customers with public feedback about its experiences with a company.
