Real Value Acquisition of Vision Online Networks is causing Customer Complaints

I have had a reseller's account with VON for several years now. In the fall of 2007 I experienced a lot of troubles caused by their overloading servers with clients, then moving my account to a new server but doing it incorrectly. Since then my account has never worked right. The problems are becoming more and more numerous.
Email frequently has problems incoming, outgoing and with SpamAssassin not working properly. This can go on for days.
VON has eliminated their user forums, possibly to cover up the problems they are having. All support is now via their new help desk ticket system that replaced the old one. Problem is, they don't resolve tickets, ignore tickets and when they do fix a problem it starts happening again soon there after or entirely new problems pop up.
They again moved my account, without any warning so the name servers failed resulting in my mail and my web sites being down for an extended period of time.
Their telephone goes unanswered. It is now the beginning of March 2008. The problems on their servers which means my web sites and mail are ongoing and getting worse.
They used to be a good web host and I recommended them to people but I would now strongly recommend people to avoid Vision Online Network (vonetwork.com and vonetwork.net) until such time as they fix the problems. If they fix the problems and become stable for an extended period I'll report back on that. Until then, just say No to VON.
