📅 - Investment and asset management firm Greenstreet Real Estate Partners (greenstreetre.com) announced on Tuesday it has acquired Tempe One data and call center for $30.3 million. The center is located at 1516 W. 17th St. and 1717 W. 16th St. on the western edge of Tempe, Arizona.

Built in the late 1970s, the structures were 32 percent occupied at closing, with IKON Office Solutions leasing 70,000 of the center's 216,000 square feet.
