📅 March 22, 2007 - Web hosting provider Hostworks (hostworks.com.au) announced on Wednesday it has signed an exclusive reseller agreement with online ad-serving technology DoubleClick Australia.

The Web host will now sell DoubleClick publisher solutions, DART for Publishers and DART Enterprise. Hostworks will also offer its existing and new customers a hosted DoubleClick solution, adding its core business of critical application management.

The agreement delivers an additional revenue stream from selling DoubleClick solutions as well as flow-on earnings from providing application management and technical services to hosted customers. Hostworks says it remains committed to continue supporting major customers that use another ad-serving system including ninemsn and News.

"With its exceptional ad-serving solutions, DoubleClick has the lion's share of the Australian market, backed by strong local support and customer service," says Klaus Bartosch, sales and marketing director for Hostworks. "DoubleClick's broad product offering provides a better fit for more customers, which will contribute to Hostworks' revenues. It also gives us a chance to engage with new customers who become aware of Hostworks' critical application management expertise by buying a DoubleClick solution from us."
