📅 December 12, 2007 - Data center infrastructure and business continuity provider Xand Corporation (xand.com -> tierpoint.com) announced this week that it has signed a Mack-Cali (mack-cali.com) lease for an additional 43,000 square feet of space at building 17 in the Mid Westchester Executive Park.

Since becoming a tenant of the facility in 1990, Xand has expanded several times, and has tailored its business to focus on meeting the business world's demand for colocation space and business continuity. The company says the expansion will enable it to meet existing customer's growing needs and attract new customers.

In addition to its core business of delivering enterprise server hosting and colocation, Xand provides hot site and secondary site services for firms in the tri-state area.

Along with the infrastructure services, Xand provides workspaces with desks, monitors, private conference rooms and TV feeds. Demand for this kind of office space helped spur the expansion into building 17, which is equipped with generator backup, dark fiber and other disaster recovery features.

📅 Dec 5, 2007 - Mack-Cali Leases Space to Xand - Real estate investment trust Mack-Cali (mack-cali.com) announced on Tuesday that it has leased 89,710 square feet to managed service provider Xand Corporation (xand.com -> tierpoint.com) at Mid-Westchester Executive Park in Hawthorne, New York.
