📅 - Real estate investment trust Mack-Cali (mack-cali.com) announced on Tuesday that it has leased 89,710 square feet to managed service provider Xand Corporation (xand.com -> tierpoint.com) at Mid-Westchester Executive Park in Hawthorne, New York.
Mack-Cali says the transaction consists of a three-year 46,078 square-foot lease extension for the entire flex building at 11 Skyline Drive, extending the term to 10 years and nine months as well as a new 10-year, nine-month lease for 43,632 square feet at 17 Skyline Drive. This lease brings the 85,000 square-foot class A office building to 100 percent leased, says the company.
"This transaction is in line with our strategy of building successful, long-term relationships with our tenants," says Mitchell E. Hersh, president and CEO of Mack-Cali. "We are very pleased that as Xand's space needs have grown, it has chosen to expand within this leading Mack-Cali business park."
Xand Corporation, a provider of data center infrastructure and business continuity solutions, says it has undergone several expansions since it became a Mack-Cali tenant in 1990.
