NetNation Teams With Intranets.com To Offer Online Collaboration Tools

📅 June 4, 2001 - Web hosting company and domain name registrar NetNation Communications (NetNation.com -> hostway.com) today announced a partnership to offer enterprise-quality intranets to clients through an agreement with Intranets.com, the world's largest provider of Web-based intranets.

NetNation hosting clients and resellers will be offered advertising-free intranets under three different umbrellas: corporate users, small businesses, and organizations. The agreement sees Intranets.com offering users a number of advanced applications, including document sharing, communication tools, management tools, expense report applications and wireless access.
"Intranets.com's subscription-based revenue model will help us monetize our traffic, increase revenue streams, and enhance stickiness to our company web site," said Joseph Kibur, NetNation CEO.
