Sep, 2001 : DataPeer Implements Inovaware?s PRISM platform

📅 September 6, 2001 - Inovaware Corporation (inovaware.com), a leading provider of billing and customer care software to the Internet services and communication industries, announced on Thursday that data services provider DataPeer (datapeer.com) has implemented its PRISM billing services platform in order to create new services and pricing structures, as well as implement business models and manage its customer base.

According to the companies, DataPeer, formerly 3Wcorp, will use PRISM to support pricing and billing for its portfolio of data services, including online storage, virtual and dedicated hosting, e-commerce hosting and managed services. Inovaware says the platform will allow DataPeer to completely automate all customer-centric aspects of its business.

Inovaware provides its software to a growing number of communications companies worldwide, including ISPs, ASPs, broadband service providers, content providers and others. The company says its Synchronized Business Infrastructure is the only framework that integrates separate customer-centric operations like billing, customer management and help desk processes into one centralized system.
