(freeliant.com) announced it has entered into an exclusive, multi-year agreement to provide ASP and complimentary marketing services for Kemp's Case Works (kempscaseworks.com) products. Thisagreement will help provide a better quality of legal services forlow-income clients such as battered women, nursing home residents and thehomeless.
Kemp's Case Works is an Atlanta-based company that develops case managementsoftware. Its program, called Clients for Windows, helps nonprofitorganizations provide free civil legal help to low-income people. It is usednationwide in nonprofit legal services offices, pro bono programs, and lawschool clinics. The software manages client's cases and thus improves thequality and quantity of help provided.
Freeliant, Inc. is a Memphis-based company that helps small and medium-sizedbusinesses gain the use of enterprise-level technology, normally availableonly to large corporations. Freeliant provides a full range of applicationhosting options to users.
The alliance with Freeliant means that users will be able to use this toolon the Internet from virtually any location. In addition to the Kemp's CaseWorks applications, users will have the option of being helped with othercomputer applications and Internet connectivity with Freeliant's newcomprehensive package called "Freedom."

The need for a network infrastructure,sub-contract for Internet connectivity, hardware maintenance and softwareupgrades can now be eliminated for lessees with Hackmeyer/Hailey.

Freedom was designed to simplify an often complex andlengthy technical process by integrating the core competencies of an ISP,MSP and ASP into a tangible product. Included in every Freedom package is asupreme suite of Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Office 2000, andMicrosoft Exchange 2000.
