divine provides facilities-based managed applications services, withanticipated annual revenue of more than $30 million for the division. Theseacquisitions bring together the facilities and processes of Intira with theapplication management services and expertise of HostOne, and theapplication development talent of divine's Professional ServicesOrganization. divine's strategy is to build and deliver world-classfacilities-based managed hosting services for a variety of business-criticalenterprise applications, and provide an application infrastructure fordivine's collaboration, interaction, and content aggregation andpersonalization applications.
