Wisden offers an large database facility on itsportal, covering news, facts and figures tocommentators and journalists, plus live streaming ofcricket matches to a world-wide audience.
Digex is providing a fully redundant architecture,based on Windows 2000, allowing the site to be scaledon demand and cope with increased traffic during majorcricketing events. The solution consists of multipleWeb and database servers, firewalls for securingcorporate data and a virtual private network to allowthe databases to be managed from offices in India aswell as London. All Digex managed hosting solutionsare supported by Digex SmartServices, a package ofservices covering administration, reporting, backup,monitoring and security, running over the WorldComglobal IP network.

The new system will archive a century of corporate marketing and advertising icons, making them available to employees for future projects.
