Dec, 2001 : Nocode Makes Free Offer to Former Valadeo Customers

One of the first software vendors to gain market share in this area was Valadeo with their LiveSite platform. These features include WYSIWYG editing, e-commerce,content management, personalization and point-and-click delivery of alltypes of Web applications.
The company says they are often asked is why Nocode will succeed in thismarket, when others such as Valadeo have failed. Nocode general manager LeonYoung responds, "We focus on the business issues faced by service providers.Web hosting customers, particularly businesses, require more functionalitythan has been offered by our predecessors. At the same time, serviceproviders themselves need to reduce administration costs, reduce churn andoffer products with a clear up-sell path to increase revenues. Nocode is a product of Powerlan, a business solutions company that hasexperienced 89 per cent revenue growth to $171 million over the lastfinancial year, with 1,200 staff and 34 offices in 9 countries.
The Nocode Universal offer is available for a limited time to all ServiceProviders who were actively offering Valadeo LiveSite at the time ofValadeo's demise. Nocode Universal comes in three hosting plans; Bronze,Silver and Gold.
