Dec, 2001 : Digex Appoints Three New Members to Board

📅 December 17, 2001 - Managed hosting provider Digex Inc. (digex.com) announced today that it had appointed three new members onto its Board of Directors. Gregory J. Clark, Edith E. Holiday, and Bert C. Roberts Jr. were appointed to the board effective November 17, 2001.

The three new appointees are very distinguished. Gregory J. Clark has served as Director of Nextera, and as the President of the News Technology Group and Loral Space & Communications. Edith E. Holiday was an Assistant to the President of the United States and Secretary of the Cabinet from 1990 to 1993, and is currently serving as a director of several public companies, such as Amerada Hess Corporation, Hercules Inc., and H.J. Heinz Company. Bert C. Roberts, Jr., has been the Chairman of the Board and a director at WorldCom since September 1998, and the Chairman of the Board of MCI Communications Corporation.
