📅 February 21, 2002 - Dedicated Servers (dedicated-servers.co.uk), part of Host Europe PLC, has announced the successful launch of its new high-end Web hosting solutions designed to cope with the demands of hosting large corporate Web sites.

The new Corporate and Advance solutions, available on Windows or Linuxoperating systems, are aimed at businesses that need high-capacity dedicatedhosting solutions. Packages are bundled with either two or three Web serverswith load balancing, firewall protection, daily data backups and up to 250GB bandwidth per month, and clients can opt for either a combineddatabase/mail server or separate mail and database servers depending ontheir business needs.
Businesses will also be able to use the Advanced Systems Monitoring service,and are guaranteed all the usual additional features, such asround-the-clock technical support and a Dedicated Control Panel for easyserver management.

(globix.com) said Thursday that will delay the filing date of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition until next week, at the request of a committee of its noteholders, reports Reuters.
