Ensim's Delivers Record Number Of Linux-based Web Hosting Appliances In First Quarter

📅 April 4, 2002 - Ensim Corporation, an automated hosting solutions provider, today announced a record breaking first quarter, along with new pricing for one of its product lines. During the first calendar quarter of 2002, Ensim (ensim.com) surpassed the mark for 7,000 WEBppliance hosting appliances shipped with Rackshack, Compaq, and Tera-Byte.

Leveraging its growing installed base, the company also announced the availability of WEBppliance 3.0 for Linux for managing up to 100 domains per server at a discounted price. Intending to broaden the market-scope of Linux-based Web hosting appliance users, Ensim discounted the cost to lay the groundwork for open technologies.
