📅 April 8, 2002 - Digex Incorporated (digex.com), a leading provider of managed hosting services, and divine Inc. (divine.com), a supplier of extended enterprise solutions, both announced on Monday that they have been named Microsoft Gold Certified Partners.
Microsoft Gold Certified Partner certification is awarded to service providers that demonstrate a commitment to high levels of customer satisfaction. Certification involves an on-site review of facilities from Microsoft's Certification Advisory Board. Criteria for the reviews include service level management, scalability, engineering services, maturity of operations environment, change management, configuration management, security, data protection, disaster recovery planning and a number of measurement areas.
