Broadwing Provides MultiConnect Connectivity for Atlantic Insurance Company
📅 - Broadwing Inc. an all-optical, switched network provider, today announced an agreement to provide nationwide connectivity to Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company's twenty-two locations across the country. Broadwing (broadwing.com -> lumen.com) will provide voice and data traffic, such as client files, claim forms, emails, or applications, transmitted from across its network as part of its MultiConnect service agreement.
"Atlantic Mutual wanted to improve the general infrastructure for a growing array of sophisticated communication and processing systems that enable us to deliver faster, better service to our customers, and at the same time provide our offices with faster access to critical applications based in our Technology and Customer Service Division in Roanoke, VA," said Don Padgett, assistant vice president, Information Technology, Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company.
