Named after the fourth letter in the Greek alphabet, says Alldomains.com, DELTA combines domain, mark and brand management with accounting and banking functions as well as intelligence and security services and runs within a multi-user collaborative environment.
"DELTA is a great representation of what our company is about," says Chris Bura, founder and CEO of Alldomains.com. "It represents years of experience in the corporate arena, a keen ear to the wants and desires of our clients and great design and engineering prowess. For the first time our clients are gathering their marketing, IT and legal departments into the same room to watch product demonstrations because they're excited about DELTA providing a common interface for something they've each had to manage independently. The domain name has expanded from its beginnings as a lone entity into an integral part of a company's intellectual property assets."
The DELTA management platform is organized into tabs that quickly link users to Account Information, Service Management, Mark Management, Brand Control, Order management and Research and intelligence sections.
The Account Information section handles account data such as accounting, invoice history, credit and deposit balances, reporting and registered user data. The Service Management section allows users to conduct management of active services such as domain names, email or Web services. The Mark Management section allows users to store and manage the company's portfolio of all mark types such as trademarks and service marks. The Brand Control Section allows for every brand in a company's portfolio to be added to the system and lets users group marks and domains by brand. The Order Management section contains three sub-sections: Estimate Request, Order Tracking and Order Alerts. Finally, the Research and Intelligence area contains tools for everything from monitoring and protecting brands to conducting research on penetration of brands across the world's domains.
Alldomains.com says DELTA's modular architecture allows the company to integrate new services or complimentary partner products into the environment quickly and seamlessly, decreasing time to market for additional products and services. Alldomains.com says DELTA is scheduled to go live on June 15, 2002.
