📅 July 29, 2002 - Rackspace Managed Hosting division Intensive Hosting (intensive.com) announced on Monday that The Debt Exchange Inc. (debtx.com) has chosen Intensive to provide managed hosting for its online mortgage auction site.

Intensive Hosting, which offers managed hosting for complex Web sites on the Microsoft platform, was launched as an alternative to Digex-WorldCom.
Boston-based DebtX, says Intensive, is one of the country's largest full-service loan sale advisors. The company allows banks and other financial institutions to bid on and purchase commercial and residential mortgage debt using its technology. DebtX users can access loan information, bid competitively against each other and complete transactions in real time via the Web site.
Intensive hosting says it provides DebtX with essential managed hosting services and a 100 percent uptime guarantee. The company says it offers a solid foundation for complex Web sites by focusing on the ProActive7, consisting of security and patching; backup and recovery, server administration; reporting and trending; deep monitoring; rapid deployment and scaling and superstructure.
