Aug 5, 2002 : Vieo Opens Demonstration Center

📅 August 5, 2002 - Adaptive application infrastructure management (AAIM) provider Vieo Inc. (vieo.com) announced on Monday that it has opened the Vieo AAIM Demonstration Center to showcase the company's AAIM-enabling products.

The center, says Vieo, features a data center built with products from Vieo OEM partners including Dell, HP, IBM and others. To celebrate the opening of the center, Vieo and certain of its partners will host Vieo Demo Week from August 27 to 29. During Demo Week, the company and its partners will demonstrate the benefits of the solutions they provide.
"The opening of The Vieo AAIM Demonstration Center is an important milestone in the delivery of the Vieo AAIM solution," said Bob Fabbio, CEO and president of Vieo. "Early demonstrations of Vieo's AAIM-enabling products and products from our OEM partners will allow visitors to see first-hand how Vieo can dramatically enhance the performance, reliability and manageability of data centers while lowering their total cost of ownership."
During Demo Week, the company will demonstrate its AAIM-enabling products, a line of InfiniBand fabric-enabling software solutions designed to provide the capabilities necessary to run applications in an InfiniBand environment. The core demonstration, says Vieo, will show enterprise applications, such as DB2, Oracle and Websphere running without modification in a fabric-computing environment, enabled by just the Vieo software.

(accesscomm.com) on Monday with using false and misleading sales practices, saying that it is filing a motion in US District Court seeking an injunction against the company.
