📅 - Enterprise application service provider Corio Inc. (corio.com) announced on Tuesday that northen-California AAA affiliate, the California State Automobile Association (CSAA), has renewed its contract, reaffirming its confidence in Corio's enterprise ASP model and levels of service.
Corio says that, since 2001, it has managed CSAA's customer analytic application through its Full Service delivery model, which provides infrastructure and application management services for a monthly fee. Corio's application experts manage the complexities of the system, so CSAA can focus resources on executing customer relationship and membership growth programs. "CSAA's decision demonstrates the success of our ASP delivery model for customized enterprise applications and our commitment to the highest level of customer care," says Sal Jamil, chief operating officer at Corio.
