📅 - Real estate targeted Web hosting provider Real Estate Home Pages (realestatehomepages.com) announced on Monday that it has launched E-Client Contact, a new tool that gives agents and brokers an easy way to retrieve and organize contact information for clients. The company has also added a video tutorial on its Web site to demonstrate how it works.
The program, which operates in a regular Web browser, contains a group of preset customizable email campaigns enabling users to add, delete and change as many campaigns as they wish. Users can add templates, footers and sidebars on all their emails and can also import, export and organize their lists of clients, set up messages to be sent on certain days and upload and add photos to messages.
Realtors who already have Web sites with REHP can set up custom forms that will send information from property searches directly into their contact list and add clients directly to specific campaigns. With the amount of leads typically generated by real estate Web sites, this tool is extremely useful to organize and keep track of potential clients, says the company.
"E-Client Contact is probably our coolest toy in our suite of services," says Jeff Corbo, marketing director for Real Estate Home Pages. "Because it's so vast, we wanted to have something to show our customers just how versatile it really is so they can make the most use out of it. In today's market, no realtor should be without this."
