📅 July 1, 2003 - Managed services provider mindSHIFT Technologies (mindshift.com -> hostinger.com) announced today it has acquired Oleran Net Solutions (oleran.com), a managed server and managed security provider.

The acquisition will expand mindSHIFT's market reach while also adding capabilities to its managed server and managed security solution suites, the company reports.
"Oleran has long been a leader in its area because of its superior customer service and its ability to do 'the hard stuff' when it comes to deploying complex, secure, high availability solutions for its customers," said mindSHIFT CEO, Cliff Chapman. mindSHIFT anticipates it will increase the number of services delivered to the existing Oleran customer base including additional managed infrastructure services, virus protection, server and desktop back-up and recovery, and overall enhancement of their current managed hosting service options.
