👈 Official Responses: 1) announced Monday that it has served Feature Price with an eviction notice. According to the terms of the notice, Feature Price officials have until Thursday, July 17 to vacate the premises.

Atlantic.net has also filed a small claims complaint against Feature Price with Clerk County Court in Lee County, Florida.
The docket was dated July 2, 2003.
The complaint calls for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction against Feature Price and four other defendants.
Details about the complaint have not been revealed.
Earlier in the month, all sites hosted by Feature Price were offline due to a dispute between Feature Price and Atlantic.net over access to equipment.
At the heart of the dispute is a disagreement between former Feature Price owner Travis Johnson and Atlantic.net with regards to payment terms agreed upon when Atlantic.net acquired Feature Price on May 22, according to a local Ft. Myers television station.
Feature Price customers that have successfully transitioned to Atlantic.net have not been affected by the service termination.
While the current status of Feature Price customers remains unclear, although an estimated 8,000 former Feature Price customers have already transitioned their services to Verio, Rackspace and Rackshack, according to research conducted by Netcraft.
