Accordingly, the company's common stock will continue to be traded on the Nasdaq SmallCap market and is no longer subject to delisting.
PFSweb was issued a delisting notice from Nasdaq in May because of the company's failure to maintain compliance with the $1 minimum bid price requirement. The GNU project reported this week that the system was first cracked in March 2003 but was only discovered in the last week of July 2003.
