Using a multi-layered spam detection system, E-mail Defense Service intercepts, analyzes and blocks malicious and unsolicited messages at the network perimeter before they can enter or leave the internal corporate network. According to the company, the solution is capable of highly accurate spam detection, filtering with a success rate of 98.5 percent. "Service providers offering Internet, hosting, e-mail and managed services need a highly effective e-mail protection service to keep customers satisfied and free from e-mail threats," said Scott Chasin, chief technology officer and co-founder of MX Logic.
