📅 July 19, 2007 - Web hosting provider SherpaHost (sherpahost.com) announced on Wednesday it is offering WebSite Tonight product, enabling users to design and create a .mobi-compliant Web site easily and affordably.

Pages designed for .mobi are optimized for on-the-go devices, making them easy to load and navigate from the smaller, more limited screens of wireless phones and PDAs. Recent reports show that 500,000-plus .mobi domain names have been registered to date in over 104 countries since the domain's commercial launch in October 2006.

Additionally, industry analyst Yankee Group reveals that the mobile data services market could reach $698 billion in annual sales by 2009, according to a recent CNNmoney.com article.

Using WebSite Tonight, users can easily create Web sites that are formatted specifically to provide on-the-go mobile content and services. The product eliminates long download times and excessive scrolling, and each page created complies with ICANN's .mobi guidelines to ensure quick download times.

SherpaHost announced last month it is expanding options for its dedicated server customers by adding an assisted service plan.
