Oct, 2003 : Broadspire Expands Hosting for Brighthand
📅 - Managed IT services provider Broadspire (broadspire.com -> hostinger.com) said today it has expanded its ongoing relationship with Brighthand (brighthand.com), a Web site that provides information on handheld computers and smart phones. Under the terms of the agreement, Broadspire will provide Brighthand with an expanded hosting infrastructure to handle its increased volume of Web site traffic and support any future expansion.
The Los Angeles, California-based company also said it would make its shared load balancing service available to Brighthand, allowing the company to add additional dedicated servers.
"Working with BroadSpire has been a big win for our customers - we've got the best team in the industry providing us with the support and services we need to continue expanding," said Steve Bush, founder and publisher of Brighthand. "Our customers can be confident in getting long-term service and support across the most complete product line in the hosting market.
Traffic for the Brighthand Web site has increased from one million monthly page views to over ten million since it signed on to Broadspire.
"While we've deployed appropriate technology to facilitate Brighthand's online growth, we have emphasized service above all," said Suresh Srinivasan, president of BroadSpire. "We have focused our efforts on ensuring that Brighthand receives maximum value, generates true ROI from its Web infrastructure investment and can count on an infrastructure in a way that serves the business best - now and well into the future."
