😁 It has improved a lot!
"Don't know how it was at 2015 but currently hostinger support is great! Their live chat is awesome!!! Whenever I have any problem, I just write to the chat and get a response in minutes. The customer service team is always polite and happy to assist.
Another thing that I see very helpful is their custom control panel. It is really easy to use, with all the necessary features for a website.
Totally recommend it! "

😠 Very poor support. Have had ongoing POP problem. They keep sending me URLs with info about how to fix SMTP. They are not reading the info in the tickets. Complete waste of time.

Their support quality is lower than that of MagicJack, which is utterly horrible.
