😁 Our company needed to use the module OG Mailinglist for one of our Drupal websites. AltaGrade spent a long time getting the OG Mailinglist module working with their Postfix mail transfer agent. AltaGrade went the extra mile to make sure our technical requirements were met.

😁 I have been a Drupaler since 2003. I started off developing Drupal websites for clients and ultimately, over the years, made the change to launching and webmastering Drupal-powered business projects. As an early Drupal adopter, I have seen many changes in the Drupal community and experienced more than my fair share of hosting environments, servers, server administrators and customer support representatives. I cannot say how happy I am to have found AltaGrade, at last!
Drupal is a unique software, and needs a unique environment to flourish and a dedicated, knowledgeable team on the server side to make this happen. AltaGrade is all this and more, and until I found them, I experienced much frustration over the years with one-size-fits-all hosting environments that were less than fitting for Drupal's idiosyncrasies.

😠 The worst service you could ever have a nightmare about. We had several websites that were moved over. Instead of working with us on a timeline to migrate they did everything at once. Then expected us to shift that moment to there services. We moved and our websites and went down continually as they 'tuned' the machine. Our websites were on a host which had very outdated machines so we had malware on our websites. Instead of running malware scans and helping find solutions for problems they would constantly play the blame game. I really didn't care who was doing what just needed a solution. Instead the main person there would throw insult after insult our way. I say the main person because after looking through linked in it's obvious they have a very small staff. They do not understand how to work with people on solutions at all. We had a few wordpress websites that we had to move to even be able to utilize them.
