The worst service you could ever have a nightmare about. We had several websites that were moved over. Instead of working with us on a timeline to migrate they did everything at once. Then expected us to shift that moment to there services. We moved and our websites and went down continually as they 'tuned' the machine. Our websites were on a host which had very outdated machines so we had malware on our websites. Instead of running malware scans and helping find solutions for problems they would constantly play the blame game. I really didn't care who was doing what just needed a solution. Instead the main person there would throw insult after insult our way. I say the main person because after looking through linked in it's obvious they have a very small staff. They do not understand how to work with people on solutions at all. We had a few wordpress websites that we had to move to even be able to utilize them. The response time to tickets is also very slow even when the entire server is down. We migrated all our content out of the place and have not had an issue since. Avoid this place at all cost.
