😠 digitalOcean stopped my account out of no where claiming that I violated their terms of service, even tho the server was only used for testing local scripts, I was unable to get a refund nor my files from the server I had hosted on there, and was not provided with any details on why is that.

🔧 Services: CloudDigitalOcean has not been in the hosting business for such a long period of time, but the company managed to build a strong reputation for their services.
The company provides cloud servers that can be purchased from every part of the world. DigitalOcean team assures monitoring and private networking for cloud servers, these also being equipped with pre-built open source apps. Cloud servers include DNS management, as well as application program interface (API) and command line interface (CLI) which help managing software applications and personal files.
Cloud solutions work on Linux operating system. These have SSD storage disks and work with high-level virtualization (KVM) – features that make servers run at high speeds.
💰 Price & Cost
DigitalOcean has pretty good price offers for cloud servers. They are really accessible and attractive for cloud servers running on SSD drives. Their prices are highly competitive and draw the customers’ attention.
⌛ Reliability
They offer 99.99% uptime SLA – the standard percentage for hosting packages in web industry.

DigitalOcean headquarters are located in New York. They have 12 data centers around the world including Cambridge, Massachusetts and Bangalore, India.

DigitalOcean support system is available 24/7 for their customers. Strangely, they do not provide customers with a phone number which is pretty disappointing.

😞 digitalocean.com has the worst support of all
I have worked with a lot of hosting companies already and I believe Digital Ocean has the best offers for VPS Hosting. Unfortunately though, I wouldn't recommend their services to beginners who has no experience in managing their own servers. Why? Because DO doesn't have much of a friendly and informative Technical Support team.
The support team often answers technical questions with one short sentence full of jargons which you would often ask "how do you do just that"? The worst part of it is that sometimes, they will not answer your question at all. And their replies feel that they are really in a hurry to end the conversation between you two.
But if you take a look at it from another angle, that kind of treatment is to be expected. DO is built for developers as their tagline goes. They expect that you know how to manage servers yourself. They will leave you with a bunch of useful resources and leave you out there to work with it.
So DO is definitely the best choice for the
