Binary Racks is a UK infrastructure and hosting provider specializing in virtual servers, dedicated hardware, colocation, bandwidth, business email and data-protection services. Binary Racks Limited was incorporated in England and Wales on August 1, 2017, while its LinkedIn company profile uses 2018 as the founding year. Mohamed Abozeed has served as a director since incorporation and controls more than 75% of the company’s shares and voting rights. The business operates with an estimated workforce of 11 to 50 employees.

The company is focused primarily on server infrastructure rather than conventional shared hosting. Its strongest products are Linux VPS, Windows VPS, specialized virtual servers, several categories of Dedicated Servers, Colocation, IP Transit, large-capacity storage, backup services, business email and domain-related services.

The standard Linux VPS range uses KVM virtualization and NVMe storage. Each server includes root access, dedicated IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, operating-system templates and access to the VPS management interface. Available Linux distributions include AlmaLinux, Debian and Ubuntu. Server resources can be upgraded or downgraded, while the customer portal provides controls for starting, stopping, rebooting and reinstalling the operating system.

VPS deployment is largely automated and can complete in approximately 50 seconds. A customer’s first order can require additional processing while identity, payment and fraud-prevention checks are completed.

Windows VPS plans are suitable for Remote Desktop, IIS, ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server applications. Plesk can be added for customers who prefer a graphical hosting interface. Microsoft SQL Server Express, Web and Standard editions are available for different database requirements.

The specialized VPS catalog covers a wide range of workloads. Dedicated CPU VPS packages allocate dedicated processing cores for applications requiring stable and predictable performance. High Memory VPS configurations provide substantial RAM allocations for databases, analytics, virtualization and memory-intensive business applications. Gaming VPS servers combine NVMe storage, high-frequency processors and larger network allowances, while Storage VPS plans provide affordable HDD capacity for backup repositories, archives, private file servers and media collections.

The dedicated server catalog is considerably broader. Premium Dedicated Servers use Dell PowerEdge rack and blade systems with Intel Xeon or AMD processors, ECC memory and configurable HDD, SSD or NVMe storage. Instant Delivery Servers are prepared from available inventory and are normally deployed within one to four hours after order approval.

High Bandwidth Servers support 10 Gbps connectivity and customized capacity extending to multiple 100 Gbps ports. These systems are suitable for video delivery, software distribution, large downloads, content platforms and other traffic-intensive applications.

GPU Servers use NVIDIA accelerators such as the T4, A2, A10, L4 and A40. Larger multi-GPU configurations are suitable for AI inference, machine learning, rendering, scientific computing and data processing.

Storage Servers can be configured as NAS, SAN, object-storage or backup systems using platforms such as TrueNAS, Open-E and MinIO. Dedicated Game Servers combine high-clock-speed processors, dedicated bandwidth, DDoS protection and remote hardware access. Budget and Clearance Servers use earlier Dell PowerEdge generations to provide lower monthly pricing while retaining dedicated physical hardware.

Dedicated systems normally include IPMI, KVM-over-IP or another remote-console facility. Standard configurations also include monitoring, DDoS protection, one or more IPv4 addresses, a /64 IPv6 allocation and a selection of Linux or Windows Server operating systems.

Linux options include AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS and FreeBSD. Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025 are available on compatible hardware. Hardware RAID and software RAID options vary according to the selected server and storage configuration.

The storage range extends well beyond normal VPS capacity. Storage VPS configurations reach tens of terabytes, while customized physical storage servers can exceed 300 TB. These systems are suitable for off-site backups, surveillance archives, media libraries, object storage and disaster-recovery repositories.

Colocation is available from individual 1U and 2U installations through quarter racks, half racks and full 46U cabinets. Configurations can include redundant A/B power, APC power distribution, remote hands, IPv4 and IPv6 allocations, 1 Gbps or 10 Gbps ports and customized bandwidth commitments. Migration assistance is also available for customers transferring physical hardware into the facility.

Binary Racks operates its own autonomous network under AS59895 and provides UK IP transit from 1 Gbps through multiple 100 Gbps connections. Network services can include full BGP routing, fiber Ethernet delivery, 95th-percentile billing and flat-rate bandwidth arrangements.

Additional products include SmarterMail Email Hosting, domain registration and transfer, SSL certificates and Acronis Cyber Protect backup.

🏢 Data Center

The main infrastructure location is Slough, Berkshire, United Kingdom, within the London metropolitan data-center market. Dedicated servers and colocation services operate from the Iron Mountain (ironmountain.com) London campus.

The Slough facility provides redundant utility power, UPS systems, backup generators, cooling, controlled physical access and carrier connectivity. The campus operates with ISO 27001, ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 standards and uses renewable-energy resources.

Remote-hands assistance is available around the clock for colocated and dedicated hardware.

Binary Racks operates AS59895. Network connectivity includes Cogent, Hurricane Electric and peering through LINX.

Network connections range from 1 Gbps and 10 Gbps through customized 40 Gbps and 100 Gbps capacities. High-bandwidth deployments can use multiple 100 Gbps interfaces.

A London Looking Glass is available for latency, routing and connectivity testing. DDoS mitigation is integrated into the network, while dedicated server plans include infrastructure monitoring.

VPS backup systems are replicated between separate data-center environments. This separation reduces the risk of losing both the active server and its backup during the same infrastructure incident.

Binary Racks provides a 99.99% service uptime guarantee for its main dedicated server and colocation services. Enterprise and customized deployments can include separate service-level commitments, response targets and service-credit conditions.

✍️ Customer Support

Existing customers receive 24/7 technical support through the Support Center and live chat. Assistance is also available by email, telephone and WhatsApp.

The technical team handles infrastructure issues and common server-administration tasks, including software updates, firewall rules, operating-system configuration and security settings. The exact management scope depends on whether the service is self-managed, managed or covered by a customized support agreement.

Sales and account inquiries are handled Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 London time.

The UK telephone number is +44 20 8089 0400, while customers in the United States can use +1 571 5384020.

Orders are subject to identity, payment and fraud-prevention checks. VPS servers can be provisioned almost immediately after approval. Instant dedicated servers are generally delivered within one to four hours, while standard dedicated hardware commonly requires between two and 24 hours. Customized storage, networking and colocation deployments can take several business days.

Customers should maintain independent backups unless they purchase a dedicated backup service. Data protection for ordinary self-managed hosting remains the customer’s responsibility.

🔨 Control Panel

Virtual servers are managed through the Binary Racks customer portal. Customers can start, stop and reboot a VPS, reinstall the operating system and request resource changes.

Linux VPS customers receive full root access through SSH. Windows VPS customers normally connect through Remote Desktop.

Dedicated servers include IPMI, KVM-over-IP or noVNC-style remote-console access, depending on the hardware. This allows BIOS access, operating-system installation and recovery even when the normal network connection is unavailable.

Optional hosting and server-management interfaces include cPanel and WHM, DirectAdmin, Plesk and Webmin.

Windows customers can combine Plesk with IIS and Microsoft SQL Server. SmarterMail includes its own webmail and administration panel, while domains, invoices, orders, support tickets and customer details are managed through the multilingual Binary Racks portal.

🎯 Conclusion

Binary Racks is best suited to customers who need UK-based VPS hosting, dedicated servers, large storage capacity, GPU hardware, high-bandwidth connectivity or physical colocation.

The catalog is more specialized than the product range of many similarly sized hosting companies. Dedicated CPU VPS, high-memory virtual servers, GPU systems, storage servers, 10 Gbps hosting and direct IP transit make it particularly relevant for developers, game operators, hosting resellers, media platforms and infrastructure-intensive businesses.

Its main strengths include competitive entry prices, monthly server options, full administrative access, Dell enterprise hardware, DDoS protection, off-site backup options, extensive network capacity and a 99.99% uptime commitment.

AS59895, the public Looking Glass and clearly identified upstream and peering relationships provide useful network transparency.

Binary Racks is less suitable for a beginner seeking a traditional shared hosting package with a website builder and a fully managed WordPress environment. Most products are designed for customers who can administer a VPS or dedicated server, or who are prepared to purchase additional management services.

The refund exclusions require careful consideration before ordering. Customers should also confirm VAT treatment, management coverage and the exact service-level agreement attached to customized infrastructure.

The company uses different postal details across its legal records, contact section and service-page footer. Legal and billing correspondence should use the registered office maintained by Companies House.

For experienced developers, infrastructure resellers, game-server operators and businesses requiring substantial storage or bandwidth in the United Kingdom, Binary Racks provides a strong combination of affordable virtual infrastructure and customizable dedicated hardware.
