😠 TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY FOR PEACE OF MIND!

😠 This firm have been nothing but trouble. Spent hours last week and again nearly all day today. Cant get any sense from this showers whatsoever

😁 We had a free domain with Wizz Hosting and had to stay for the year, which is perfectly fine as that does make sense. We still could update our DNS details. What i did love though is a great offer on the VPS UK hosting and decided to stay. Cant really fault them, good uptime and helpful customer service.
I think if you ever take a free domain name you should always expect to be locked in for the year, that is totally normal!

😠 When asked to leave we were told we were arguing and where told we had to be pay to transfer out
Up until wanting to close my account and transfer my domain away from Whizz the service was great.
Though when I tried to transfer my domain away the following happened.
1. Found that I couldn't change the required tags in the dashboard
2. Contact technical support - did not get a reply
3. Contacted technical support again - told to contact sales
4. Emailed sales - waited 16 days, no reply
5. Contacted technical support again - told to contact sales - I asked them to make the change which would allow me to transfer the domain.
6. They insisted to would cost to transfer the domain away (which was not stated in any terms and conditions)
7. Had customer support fail to answer my questions for 2 hours.
8. When I asked why they were charging I was told I was arguing and they said we should just contact Nominet if we have a problem.
I am so disappointed.
