😠 web10.xx good features , the worst performance ever
When you see their options, you'd think they would offer a good hosting service. However, you get loads of features, but no performance at all. Complained numerous times and never you get a satisfying answer, only the option to move your site to another (very slow) server.
If the performance would be good, they would be a good hosting company, but now I hate it.
I already moved 5 of my sites to other providers with the same options and a good performance for the same amount of money. This last site will be moved for sure as well.

😠 Both their "support" and the "network cable somewhere outside our premises", they always blame for the frequent downs, urgently needs big upgrades.
At the moment is wp blog down, the rest seems to be up running ...except for the support!!!!! I can't reach them because of the image with the code I need to send the message also is missing... And it is impossible to talk to support from within the control panel even if i am logged in, I am being logged out and have to use the code to reach them ...the code that is unavailable due to the same failure ...and sorry to say, I don't think talking to them would be of much help either.

when I get home from holiday I will start to look for another host for my domain - I have had enough from that company!
