😁 Started using their services for my exchange site during the pandemic, i had a domain already and required web hosting only, they say unlimited space however, i need only a GB, so far so good. I faced an issue once i contacted support they fixed it and told me it was the php version issue. For a $1 per month its the cheapest option.

😁 It has been more then 1 year since I am hosting my website with upwebhosting, so far I haven't faced any technical issues or downtime. They are charging me $12 per year which I believe is more then reasonable.

😠 UpWebHosting SCAM in cahoots with PayPal
UpWebHosting is a SCAM. They respond within hours to your pre-sale inquires, just to hook you in. They say they'll transfer your email archive or anything they think you'd want. Once you make your purchase, they completely disappear. They do NOT transfer anything. They simply send the automatic email with your protocol and then, you are on your own!!!
Then PayPal is ON THEIR SIDE, supporting e-commerce SCAMMER, like usual!!! You will NOT get your money back, because PayPal's business is made around scammers like this. I recommend you to stay away from both. UpWebHosting and PayPal are both SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

😠 upwebhosting is the worse webhost I have been I already opened 5 tickets but still no response for three weeks now but when I inquire about their service I got an answer in a minute but when you pay for your plan they will ignore and neglect you ..Better go for free host this is being run by iresponsible people "

The first thing that attracted me is the price, I had another hosting account already with another host therefore I decided to to try this for a quarter. Now I am using it for over 6 months and haven't noticed any difference between expensive hosting companies and this one. The uptime, price, customer services all fine so far.
