😁 I migrated my server from UKFast to UK Servers in 2021 - and haven't looked back. The level of support is second to none. I get proactive support - and reactive as-and-when needed.
My main reason for moving was deteriorating support at the previous host.... coupled with unreliable backups. You just can't have that! UK Servers met with me and understood my needs. They were able to demonstrate how they would be better - and have consistently proved that in the 4 years since.
I would highly recommend anyone looking to get a dedicated server - look no further than UK Servers. Great price, great systems - but most importantly - great support.

We recently migrated our websites to a dedicated server with these guys, and from the moment I first called them with an enquiry they've been outstanding.
Fantastic product, lightning-fast support, very knowledgeable team (based in the UK!!) and reasonably priced with no fixed term contract.
Really can't recommend highly enough.

We will never use another supplier for dedicated servers. It is only possible to liaise with highly skilled people at UKServers, everyone seems to know everything about everything. Whilst we use AWS for some things, the core of our Enterprise SaaS relies heavily on the knowledge and expertise of UKServers staff. I don't think a ticket has ever gone unanswered for more than 20 minutes, 24/7 and the response is always a solution.
We will never use another supplier for dedicated servers. It is only possible to liaise with highly skilled people at UKServers, everyone seems to know everything about everything. Whilst we use AWS for some things, the core of our Enterprise SaaS relies heavily on the knowledge and expertise of UKServers staff. 😁 I requested a quote and once I placed my order they had me running in a few hours and my migration was complete within 24 hours. I moved about 10 very complex websites all with encryption and various databases. They were available almost like real-time on the support system and resolved any IPMI issues immediately. In all my 30 years of systems support, this is the smoothest I have come across. Highly recommend these friendly and responsive guys.

😠 Poor. Most of their staff tend to be ill-mannered, sarcastic, rude, and lack proper people skills and business training (i can name names). I don't like raising the racist card but I feel their service stinks of a bit of that too or their staff are just spoiled little kids.

24/7 support is overused nonsense for most hosts. However with these guys they actually mean you'll immediately reach someone who is fully armed to solve your query, not simply escalate a ticket.
Downtime is very scarce / non-existent and they're beyond helpful with a personal service.

😠 Lousy unprofessional tech support at UK Servers. They are stupid bunch that cannot read English. Simple support ticket opened, dragged on with incompetency for an hour due to their childlike responses and attitude. Never deal with them again. Bunch of little arrogant kids. Mainly Ciaran and Jussi.

😠 First days with ukserver's and i really thought i find a place to have my server's for the next months/years.
After that and when the problems begin... forget them... even if you proobe you are right they doesn't accept it and hiddes behind their terms.pdf to doesn't have to refund you! So be carefull!

😠 Outdated systems that just causes havoc. Requests from UK servers included the downgrade to jre6 to access their machine via iDRAC. Zero coverage for the client in their terms and conditions. If you log in to the server you will pay for it as they offer no refunds at all. An above and beyond experience with nothing to show and one month's hosting with them wasted. Over 30 hours of downtime in the first 2 days. Response times are good but doesn't make up for lost time trying to configure a system on outdated BIOS'. I would read the Terms and Conditions first and not order anything older than one month from them.
