😃 They came under new ownership in 2009, and have invested a lot in new staff, new software, new control panel, I think its great value for money.

Support can be a little slow, but then at that price, its worth it.

😞 This hosting is really subpar, they limit php upload AND ftp upload, they offer a bad implementation of phpmyadmin (they offer only on-demand database backups for huge db) the control panel is really clunky, they are also really expensive and have a lousy uptime.
