Can't fault these guys! I've signed up with swissns.ch few months ago, and I have been impressed with their support. The ordering process is pretty simple and easy to follow, and I got my answers though the FAQ section for few things, and got the rest from the support, which they are very helpful on resolving two sticking issues I have. I know from personal experience that Swissns chat support is online 24/7 and I personally use it quite a lot. More 'heavy duty' support issues are handled via email and I have always received a reply within 24 hours. Usually it's within a couple of hours.

When it comes to hosting products, customers can choose from:

Operating on Linux operating system, their shared hosting plans are based on SSD drives. My experience with Swissns has been awesome so far. I experience very little downtime, download speeds are good for the most part and I have yet to run into a serious problem where I would have to contact customer support. I also love that they add new features every month and the amount of bandwidth and disk space you are allocated grows every week. If you are looking for a reliable host for a site that uses MySQL, this is the place to deal with.

Swissns hosting by far is the best service I have ever had. Customer service is only a mouse-click away my issues were resolved in a timely fashion and have since not had any problems. Other hosting companies promise 'guaranteed satisfaction', but swissns Hosting is the only company I have dealt with, that makes good on that claim.I have been with services who try to give you the run-around or nickle-and-dime you, by trying to sell you more than you need. And even though I have only been with them for a few short months, my uptime was at 100% But swissns is the only provider who seemed interested in providing what I really need... not trying to sell me something I didn't.

Disk space and Bandwidth are good. Swissns is reliable web host. Over 4 months there was just one small downtime of 4 minutes. Most hosting providers have redundant network connections and power supplies, but at swissns nearly everything is redundant, which is an excellent principle.

What I can say about swissns reliability is that I work from home, and it is super important to have 100% uptime. As for their tools, they give you a lot of tools in the dashboard. You won’t need half of them..buuut they are all nice to have just in case. It has been comforting knowing that we are bringing this relationship into the new business. I've gone with Swissns shared hosting for a number of years. I found the User Panel and one step installation plugins (Wordpress) and streaming very useful for my purposes. I've always found the Customer Service top notch via e-mail and the help wiki is very intuitive. They have been a great webhost the entire time and constantly expanding and upgrading their services. I've only ever had to contact customer support twice for technical issues. Both times the response was prompt and fixed my issue right away.

This is merely laudatory - my only other option was to phone up your support staff & embarrass them. I've only been an Internet user since 2007 - now, I'm consulting about it. I feel as though I owe a sizable fraction of my success to Swissns. When I first signed up, I thought the price was reasonable for a bare-bones service; every time you folks add another little utility, I almost feel guilty. And every time I add or upgrade an account, or walk into a corner that usually gets me an email from your Tech people within an hour, I am thankful. In short: Swissns is lean, swift, rock-steady, smart, & inexpensive.

I have another 2 host services with other companies, since I started using swissns I've transferred all of them to Swissns. I am with swissns from last 6 months, comparing other hosting companies prices I calculated that in last 6 months I have saved lot of rupees. Also no credit card or paypal is needed. I pay to Swissns via bank which is more easy for me. Their service is superb.

SwissNS gave a fantastic service, no down time that I was aware of, even when they were moving servers between locations. Very impressed with the admin control panel interface, this combined with the rapid helpdesk responses gave the best level of support I've ever had with a hosting company.

There have been many times since I have been on the internet that I have set up a website. Most of them were either with hidden charges or my pictures were stolen. I have nothing but high respect and trust with Swissns.ch. More like family then some off the wall nerds who think they are smarter than you. I have had nothing but praise on my site and soon I will be able to sell my photos from there too. Having experienced 5 or 6 different web hosting companies, including big names, I have to say I'm yet to come across a company with better customer service on an individual basis than SwissNS. The managing director is very easy to reach directly; though I do have to say I've never felt like I've needed to do this. Support tickets are attended to almost immediately and any server upgrades are well planned. I've not a bad word to say about this company thus far, and the fact that I have two web hosting packages with them that I won't hesitate to renew next year is testament to that.

Excellent service, nothing is too much trouble for them and the personal service (real people on the end of a phone that gets answered!) is a refreshing change to some hosting companies.
