😠 If there was such thing as a negative 10 rating I would give it. I've been a web developer for 20 years and have *never* had such a horrific experience in my career. They won't answer phones- goes straight to voicemail- even the sales line! We had email down, site down, etc. and it was all through email only. They get to it when they feel like it. wow... run for the hills.

😠 This company is a scam. They took over our site from another company we paid for hosting and sent us an incorrect notice of our renewal being due 3 months before the time is actually was due. Although we told them their renewal date was incorrect and the account should not be suspended they proceeded to disable everything so we could not receive any email. Worse, we have no access to retrieving our website.

😠 Various problems arose with the service--couldn't get into the back end, messages about there being errors whenever I clicked on the site as a customer, etc. Never were they very eager to get the problem fixed. When I called to stop the service, they continued to charge me, and lied about me requesting the stoppage of service.
