😁 I've been hosting my windows server for over a year with Softsys with no performance issues at all. Whenever I have a question or need help I always get prompt replies and they always do an incredible job. Softsys earned my business and I always recommend them whenever I can.

I've been with SoftSys for about 3 months now and they've been great. I have an e-commerce website so I got their managed nopCommerce server. I'm not very technical myself so having a managed service with support included takes away a lot of the stress. Plus I don't have to worry about backups. They manage that too. Everyone has been supportive since day 1 and answered all my questions. They helped install an SSL on my website and helped me make some DNS changes on my domain. I've only been a customer for a few months, but they've won my trust already. I highly recommend them!

😠 One of, if not the most difficult company I've ever had to work with. Not only does their member / portal interface malfunction constantly, they refuse to acknowledge the malfunction and provide basic service via their Customer Service email / ticketing system (pro tip - don't trust a hosting service that does business entirely through email and doesn't have a phone line where you can speak to a human to get answers and action.)
The most frustrating thing about this host was when we first began service with them in May of 2015. We secured a hosting package per referral from an existing Softsys customer (who has since defected due to tons of his own issues with the company.) We had secured service well prior to migrating from another hosting company, and didn't make any moves to access the server after initiating service. 5 days after beginning service - before we'd even attempted to connect via FTP or another method - malware infected the server and Softsys shut it down, putting [read more...]

4 years before SoftSyshosting was the best domain I could have found.
BUT now, it has become worst. In efficient engineers even do not understand the problem properly and cause other bug to solve the problem. Bought a SSD VPS and the control panel setup was worst, after every step in control panel I had to send email to let the function work properly like ftp, email, website creation etc.
I am fadeup this time, I was hoping I would get the same experience as 4 years before but it has completely changed now.
