😁 We seriously appreciate all of the effort and assistance that we've received from SkySilk over the last year and a half. The team over there has been able to quickly assess any issues we've ran into and rectify them within an insanely fast timespan.
We purchased a Standard server as our budget was a lot smaller when we first started, but I'm proud to say that thanks to my dedicated staff and the support we received from SkySilk, we're booming! Definitely not Shark Tank level, but things have been so much smoother ever since we made the switch from a Shared Hosting account we held at another provider.

😠 Got our account suspended for no reason, and now our website is offline, we can't even login to skysilk cus of suspension and they have no support (noone answering on phone, discord, social media or even tickets).
If you want to kill your business - go to SkySilk.
UPD:
We still can't get an answer from SkySilk, someone just delete all our tickets (like ticket 14558 and 14546). And we can't even change hosting cus our site saved on SkySilk and we can't login on our account because of suspension.
Now it's 3rd day from our first ticket.
Our website is Leprestore.com.
If you want to kill your business - go to SkySilk.

😁 SkySilk has been shown to be superior in all the work they do. My VPS is working brilliantly and I have nothing to complain about. I just admire how smooth it works since I’m able to get a lot done. However, my biggest praise goes to the customer support team, who were brilliant. I got all the attention I needed, numerous times. I was always very well attended and guided, and any and all questions were always resolved promptly. That's how you define premium service - the customer support team serves you as if you’re a VIP in a 5-star hotel on an exotic island. Thanks for the excellent work and excellent support, SkySilk. We will probably have a relationship for years and years to come, hehe ... You are to be congratulated. I appreciate what you’ve done and what you do to make my life easier and applaud you for all your efforts.
