😠 Tried working with Pointivity. The owner, Kent, talks a big game but the company cannot deliver. Lots of smoke & mirrors. Although they offer to help you through the entire process, they don't. Then, everything that goes wrong, they blame you. The whole thing didn't make sense to us. So they called us "too stupid" to be in this business.

There was a tech there named Derek, he seemed pretty good. He left right after we were coming on-board and my personal opinion is that this may have been a primary reason why things fell apart. He seemed like he knew what he was doing, unlike his succesors.

Pricing seemed fair but their offerings just aren't ready for prime-time. Breaking away from them was another hassle. Although they agreed that we should part ways, they wanted to charge me a huge termination fee. These guys really left a bad taste in our mouths.
