There are always standing by when we need them, especially Bill who is always willing to assist us with any queries. They provide a client portal that you can use it for ticketing support or for ordering additional services. Their ticket response time is very satisfactory. I highly recommend them.

😠 Pingpipe.com is a fraud. They offer you a hosting service that appears to be good, they charge you 1 month in advance and you must cancel it in advance, but after the payment the servers fall, nothing works. Philippe Ballesio and Bob Dillon are the owners of this company shit. I'm upset and I lost money because of them.
