😉 After using OzHosting's Hosted Exchange service for a 15 person email account with few problems, we migrated to Outlook 365, After running for several months, most of our users lost 3 months worth of email from their on-line storage. Despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary including proof that the email existed in local backups we had made, their technical support simply kept repeating that their server traces proved that our users had not received any email for the 3 month period in question and therefore, it could not have been lost!!!! Extremely poor technical support and I suggest that you go with Microsoft direct rather than through OzHosting who don't provide any support when you need it.

😉 Customer support is particularly bad. In one instance my account was locked out due to repeated unsuccessful attempts.
They were unable to unlock my password, and told me to 'just wait for an hour or so'.

😠 payment for a bill is used for other bill without notification
Paid a bill for SSL certificate for a site. After about 3 weeks still no SSL certificate. Put in a ticket asking. After a few weeks received a reply (7 July 2011):

😠 Website functionality stopped working after 1 year
Have a website that will send an email to registered users when requested by users. It's been running for at least 1 year and email sent no problem. Recently found out that email hasn't been sent. Put it a ticket, got a reply the next day stating that they have found the problem and looking to implement a solution. This was 4 days ago. Sent another ticket asking when this problem is likely to be resolved and receive no reply. There is no update whatsoever to the problem/solution.
