NIC Monaco runs the domain name registry for the geographical zone .mc and the sub-domains .asso.mc, .tm.mc, .avocat.mc, .architectes.mc, .comptables-agrees.mc, .experts-comptables.mc, .notaire.mc and .dentiste.mc.In 1998, the Government of Monaco handed responsibility for managing domain names in the Principality to the "Direction des Plateformes et des Ressources Numériques".
By Sovereign Ordinance n°2,555 of 11 January 2010, amended by the Sovereign Ordinance of 26 January 2011, amended by Sovereign Ordinance n°7,013 of 20 July 2018, the Direction des Plateformes et des Ressources Numériques was appointed to create an official domain name registry authority for the ccTLD " .mc ". This authority is called the NIC Monaco.
To obtain a .mc domain name, you should now go through the services of an accredited registrar to the NIC Monaco.
